Application Fee There is a $30.00 non-refundable application fee for the first applicant and $15.00 for each additional applicant. Security Deposit Equal to one month rent if credit report is acceptable. Lease Term Our minimum lease is one (1) year in length. Pet Policy We accept up to two (2) pets with a maximum weight of 25lbs per pet. For each pet, there is a one time $300.00 non-refundable pet fee. Smoking Policy Some of our properties are smoke free.
